A Day with You, My Beautiful Spring – May 2022
Crystal sleets thaw and flow,
On Blue River as I paddle and row,
While ripples roll fast and slow,
I clasp the last drop of flake of snow.
The prairie plough and sow,
While flowers sprout and grow,
A time of season for flowers to endow
Her fashionable charm over the meadow.
In lea of Daisies and cerise Roses, I meandered
Across the plain of Daffodils, I sauntered, of
Thousands of blooming flowers, my mind wondered
Blossoms in flowery fields, my eyes wandered
Butterflies flutter in the Garden of Antheia
Flaming flowers in eyes of Azalea
While the forest waved at Llana
Spring is here whispered, Flora
In grassy carpet, I rest
With an excitement in my chest
Of thoughts, how we are blest
When God gifted Spring, Her season’s best
Gale, whistle your breeze, but no rush
For I want to cradle Spring with hush.
And paint Nature’s beautiful blush,
On palette of colorful brush;
-Flowers and the bees
-Birds and the trees
-Hills and mountains
-Lakes and fountains
Her chromatic scene- captivating,
Her fragrant scent so soothing,
Blossom Spring-embracing
A day with You,
My Beautiful Spring
